平成８年度厚生科学研究報告「病院情報システムの近未来」

平成８年度厚生科学研究「医療施設のインテリジェント化の評価」の分担研究者であった筆者は、その一部として、病院情報システムの近未来像をさぐるべく、アンケートをおこなった。近未来像を構成すると思われる１８のサブシステムを例示し、それぞれについて実現時期、必要性、技術的問題点、コスト負担の帰属などについての質問をおこなうという手法を用いた。

対象は、医療情報学会員1208人全員と、日本病院会会員の一部200人であり、それぞれ331人、52人の、計383人から回答を得た。

回答者のうち、診療施設に所属しているもの67％、していないもの32％であった。

また、回答者の職種は、
３９％医師・歯科医師
　６％看護婦・人
　８％薬剤師
　８％その他医療関係者
１４％病院の情報部門
２６％その他
であった。

ここではその単純集計データを、提示したサブシステムごとに採録する。

なお、当該研究全体の報告が、Methods of Information in Medicine, vol.3, 1999に、Status and Perspective of Hospital Information System in Japan, として掲載されている。

"HIS in near future" report to the ministry of health & welfare research fond 1996

On year 1996, ministry of health and welfare supported our research on "Evaluations on intellectualization of hospital systems". As a co-recipient of the research funds, the author dispatched inquiries concerning "HIS in near future", showing 18 possible aspects of future HIS features, asking feasibilities, technical barriers, etc.

JAHIS平成１０年業務報告会講演「医療情報学／医療情報システムの第２世代」

1998年7月に行なわれた、保健福祉医療情報システム工業会(JAHIS)業務報告会において、筆者は講演を行なった。JAHISの好意により、講演内容が口述筆記されたので、ここに講演内容を採録する。
